Mens navajo sterling silver and gold filled eagle ring
SKU: NAR0026-415
APPROX. TOP LENGTH: 13/16" TOP WIDTH: 9/16" FINGER SIZE: 11 WGT: 11.9 GRAMS. ==== GENERAL INFO: These pieces were recently taken from my dads vault, and Grace and Gilo Lopez's vaults. My dad did a lot of trading with Grace and Gilo in the mid 60's to early 90's, and so these pieces have been acquired over time (the time span can be 10-40 or more years ago). Anyway back to Grace and Gilo (Tradename: NAKAI) ... Not only were they exceptional traders, but they were craftsmen in the truest sense of the word. The pieces that came out of their vaults could be many years older than 40. Grace and Gilo worked with many fine craftsmen from the HOPI, ZUNI, and NAVAJO tribes in the New Mexico Jewelry Triangle. So... through the years they acquired a vast amount of jewelry. I was able to acquire a large amount of this Jewelry, and I am now presenting it to the public. All items are New, Never sold, but some Vintage (I will point out any major flaws in the listings, and you can see by looking at the picture. If there is a flaw you'll see it.). In real Native American Jewelry crafting flaws were the norm, since Native American Craftsmen believed that only the gods were perfect (example 4 beads on one side, and 3 on the other). I am telling you all this so you'll understand the true nature of this product, and in truth you will see they look brand new. The jewelry presented here is either Hopi, Zuni, or Navajo. A large amount of what I'm selling was designed and manufactured by Grace and Gilo through the years. This is your chance to own a true piece of American History, as time goes by, more and more of this type of jewelry is made in ASIA, which adds value to the true Native American Jewelry. These pieces are a MUST for any collection, as well as everyday wear.
