Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Is your jewelry real or costume? A: Yes all our fine jewelry is real using real gemstones. I only have one pendant with lab created Alexandrite, and one pair of earrings with lab created sapphire (they are clearly pointed out in the listings. Our gold items are 14k, 18k, 22k, and 10k, none of it is gold plated. Our Native American jewelry is made of Silver, and not silver plate, nickle silver, or any other plating method. Some gemstnes in our native american jewelry have been stabilized for durability.

Q: Why is my credit card is not processing when I try to purchase something? A: The most common problem is a failure to enter the security code. The Security code for AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are the four non-embossed digits on the front of the card. For ALL OTHER CREDIT CARDS the security code is the last three digits on the back of the credit card.
