Bracker' Fine Jewelry and Native American Jewelry offers the following store policies (please read all that apply):

GENERAL  All Items are new never sold --OR--never retailed vintage  native american. We go to extreme measures to have accurate discriptions. All Native American Jewelry is authentic (not made in China or Asia). 

MEASUREMENTS USED IN PRODUCT LISTING  When millimeters and inches are used in Bracker's Native American Fine Dimond Jewelry Store's  descriptions, millimeters will always be more accurate.  All our measurements are as accurate as humanly possible.  Pictures are enlarged to show detail.    Enlargement  of some items (ie: chip inlay), may make them have a poorer quality appearance than normal size.  

APPRASIALS  If requested, Bracker's Native American Fine Diamond Jewelry Store will provide Appraisals for fine jewelry items valued at $1000.00 or more. Don Bracker is a Graduate Gemologist, GG, GIA (Gemological Insititute of America).  

RETURN POLICY  You have seven days to request a RA# for return by email or phone. You have 15 Days to return products your not satisified.  Items must not be tampered with, damaged, or switched. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless we made a listing error.

USA (Military APO/FPO) PAYMENTS  We accept checks, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  If you are paying by credit card we can only ship to your billing address unless you add an alternate shipping address to the comments section. Note: If you are using a credit card, you must provide the security number on the credit card at checkout: (AMERICAN EXPRESS (four digits non-embossed on the front of the card) --- ALL OTHER CREDIT CARDS (last three digits on the back of the card).   If you are paying by bankwire we can ship anywhere you like.  Please contact us via Email at dbswd@sbcglobal.net for Bank wire information.

USA (Military APO/FPO) SHIPPING  All items shipped within 72 hours of purchase, or after check is cleared (If check is payment method).  FREE SHIPPING TO U.S.A, APO, FPO CUSTOMERS.  Purchases over $50.00 are PRIORITY INSURED MAIL, Purchases under $50.00 are First Class Insured.  Exception is for pictures listed as SPECIAL SHIPPING. Pictures are sent FIRST CLASS MAIL at listed shipping price.  *****All our Jewelry packages are insured from the moment they leave our store until someone signs for it (we are not responsible if you have a signature release on file and the driver leaves the package on your door step.).

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT  Customers who wish to purchase  jewelry from Bracker's and have it shipped outside of the U.S. must pay via Confirmed PayPal (you must be confirmed/verified by PayPal).  We do not accept credit card payments for jewelry being shipped outside of the U.S.  The customer is responsible to pay any taxes and duties into their country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  US shipping rates do not apply to international orders. ****   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  First class insured mail is really Airmail Parcel post insured (7-10 days), and Express Insured is Global Express Mail insured (EMS)(2-4 days).  We are sorry for this problem, but we cannot adjust our website to reflect shipping overseas.  We do not ship any of our pictures outside the U.S.A.  The cost of shipping depends on the total dollar value of purchase ( insurance+ shipping/packaging fee).  The more items you purchase per sale the less you pay for shipping) *****All our Jewelry packages are insured from the moment they leave our store until someone signs for it (we are not responsible if you have a signature release on file and the driver leaves the package on your door step.).
